Dear Friends of the Gallery,

The State of the Art Gallery's August show will feature the work of 
Carol Abitabilo Ast. The exhibit, "Journeys", will present pastel 
paintings of various subjects from Colorado, Maine, New Mexico, Canada, 
India, as well as favorites from the Ithaca area. Ast will also include 
more pieces from her popular "Sketches from a Moving Train" series. She 
will be at the gallery from noon to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 
4 and 5 and Sept. 1 and 2.


          The Gallery is located at 120 W State Street, across from the
          State Theater.
          Hours are Wednesday-Friday noon-6:00 pm,
          Saturday-Sunday noon-5:00 pm
